Riverstone located 48kms west of Sydney, has become a growth area for residential developments. Riverstone Medical Centre established in 2009 with four consultation rooms, quickly became too small, due to a great reputation and population increase, so the need arose for a bigger practice.
The project involved building of a new purpose built General Practice Super Clinic. Providing facilities for dedicated doctors, nurses, allied health professionals and specialists working together to deliver quality, coordinated health care services to the community.
The development included a new two storey building and surrounding works comprising of eight consultation rooms, a large procedure room and ancillary facilities for allied health and pathology services.
Forge provided project management services that included the development approval process, managing the design process, tender procurement and contract administration.
