The continual growth and popularity of Dan Murphy’s liquor brought about ongoing expansion into regional areas. Both mid-north coast stores located in Port Macquarie and Coffs Harbour were opened one month apart in 2011.
The warm shell fit out works to both stores were completed in strict time frames in conjunction with the base builder.
The scope of works consisted of contractor procurement and management assessment of WH&S management and implementation and management of Dan Murphy’s Kit document requirements. Fitout works typically involved internal fitout, shop fitting, internal and external signage, communications and FF&E under strict quality control guidelines.
