111 Pacific Highway is a landmark A-Grade 24-storey office tower with a total nett lettable area of 18,697sqm2.  The building is owned by Investa who identified that the lobby required a major refurbishment and reactivation to maintain its competitive edge in the North Sydney market.

The project involved the refurbishment and upgrade of the existing lobby and café.

The project management scope led the project from start to finish including procuring and managing the design team, obtaining all relevant authority approvals, consulting with the key stakeholders, procuring and managing the main contractor and obtaining the Occupation Certification (OC).

The key features of the project were to reactivate the space allowing people to use the lobby as an informal meeting space and eliminate the dark uninviting nature of the existing lobby.
