111 Pacific Highway is a landmark A-Grade 24-storey office tower with a total nett lettable area of 18,697sqm2. The building is owned by Investa who identified the requirement for an End of Trip Facility (EOTF) within the building to compete with nearby assets.
The project involved the creation of an EOTF within the basement of the building.
The project management scope took the project from start to finish including procuring and managing the design team, obtaining all relevant authority approvals, consulting with the key stakeholders, procuring and managing the main contractor during construction and obtaining Occupation Certificate (OC).
The key features of the project were to create a functional EOTF in the limited space whilst maintaining a tight budget.
